Day 2: Splendors of Paris

Enjoy a full day to discover Paris with a private guide and driver.
Drive to Montmartre, enjoy the view from the top of the Eiffel Tower, admire the Mona Lisa painting at the Louvre Museum.
At night, enjoy a private cruise on the Seine, an unforgettable experience to discover the "city of lights".
Night in a 4 or 5 star hotel in Paris

Day 3 : Versailles

In the morning, private transfer with your driver and personal guide to the Palace of Versailles for a 5-hour visit.
Enjoy a private tour of the castle, including the Grand Apartments, the Trianon estate, the gardens.
Return to Paris and rest of the day at leisure.
Night in a 4 or 5 star hotel in Paris.

Day 4: Montpellier

In the morning, private transfer to Paris airport and flight to Montpellier.
Private transfer to the city center of Montpellier.
Enjoy a private tour of the city on the theme of street art: follow your guide in the old streets of the city center and discover the latest artists of the city.
Night in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the center of Montpellier.

Day 5 : Truffle hunting

Visit the truffle farm of Uzès. On 15 hectares, explore and discover the truffle farm, the area of Mediterranean species, the experimental plantations and the open-air museum dedicated to the truffle and its culture. Demonstration of truffle hunting with dogs depending on the season and tasting.
Enjoy some free time in Uzès to discover the medieval village, the antique shops and the local products.
Continue to discover the local gastronomic products by visiting the olive oil mill. Olive oil being a major component of the local cuisine, you will learn about the different flavors and species of local olives.
End your day at the Pont du Gard, the best preserved Roman aqueduct, located in a protected natural environment. Optional: canoe cruise under the Roman aqueduct, an unforgettable experience.
Night in Montpellier

Day 6: Gastronomy along the Mediterranean

Your guide will take you to the top of Mont St Clair to enjoy one of the most wonderful views of the Venice of Languedoc. Admire the port, the lagoon and the canals that cross the city. Then stroll along the harbor, through the streets of the city and discover the traditions of the fishermen, before discovering the covered market.
After lunch, discover the Thau lagoon and its traditions. This place is famous for its oyster beds. While sailing on the lagoon, you will discover how oysters are raised and cared for in the water.
End the day with a tasting of Muscat (sweet wine).
Night in Montpellier

Day 7: Carcassonne and the Cathar castles

Protected by the UNESCO World Heritage, let your guide lead you through the city of Carcassonne and tell you its history. This ancient Roman city became one of the most important places of the Middle Ages and was crossed by wars and crusades. Discover the walls, the medieval streets and the castle of the counts. In the afternoon, walk to the 4 castles of Lastours. Climb to the four castles and let your guide tell you their history and how the lords were involved in the crusade. This is a 2 hour walk.
Overnight in downtown Toulouse.

Day 8: A day in Toulouse

Meet your guide in downtown Toulouse and enjoy a walking tour of the historic city including the Capitole, the city's main square, the St. Sernin church, the Jacobins church and the Palm Column, and the mansions, witnesses to the importance of pastels and pastel flowers.
End of the visit at the Victor Hugo covered market; free lunch.
In the afternoon, go by bike to discover the Canal du Midi which crosses the city and the banks of the Garonne, from where you will enjoy beautiful views of the city.
Night in Toulouse

Day 9 : Albi and Cordes sur Ciel

Visit Albi, the pink city classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Stroll through the old city center, in the medieval streets and admire the half-timbered houses. Visit the magnificent Sainte-Cécile cathedral, the only remaining original painted cathedral, and the wonderful mansions.
Enjoy some free time in Albi for a free lunch.
Drive to Cordes-sur-Ciel, a fortified medieval city (shuttle bus ride). Visit the village before discovering the Chocolate and Sugar Museum (tasting included!)
Night in Toulouse

Day 10: The Pyrenees

Day at the Pic du Midi, a magical and majestic place at the top of the Pyrenees! As soon as you arrive, the panoramic terraces welcome you to discover the most majestic of landscapes: 300 km of summits are offered to you. Discover everything that makes the Pic du Midi an exceptional and famous place for astronomical observation.

Optional:
- Access the Pic by a hike of about 3 hours (17km- easy but long level) through the mountain. Descent: about 2:30
Access the peak by cable car and descend by mountain bike. Various downhill routes (up to 11 km) are possible via the hiking trails.

Drive to Lourdes. Check-in at the hotel.

Day 11: Arrival in Bordeaux

Drive to Bordeaux and check-in at the hotel.
Accommodation in a charming 4-star hotel located in the city center or in nearby chateaux.
Gourmet guided tour of Bordeaux (2 to 3 hours).

Day 12: Wine and Gastronomy in Bordeaux

A day dedicated to what makes the region famous! Several choices of Chateaux and wine tastings in the St Emilion area, the first vineyard to be listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Visit a Chateau of St Emilion followed by a picnic in the vineyards. Visit the underground cellars and discover unusual landscape sites. A unique experience in the middle of some 700,000 bottles in aging. The visit ends with a commented tasting of 3 wines. Enjoy a picnic in the park.
In the afternoon, you will discover the village of St Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the largest troglodytic church in Europe, climb to the King's Keep or taste the local specialty of Macaroon.
Overnight in Bordeaux
Optional extra activities :
Visit to a Chateau Grand Cru St. Emilion, followed by a private cooking class which you will then taste on site.
