Cancellation policy:

 X. Client cancellations: BSV must be informed in writing of cancellations as soon as possible. The date of the written cancellation is the only one that will be considered definitive. The money retained by BSV varies for total or partial cancellations:
INDIVIDUALS:
– More than 30 working days before the start of a stay: 50 € administrative fees per booking
– From 30 to 16 working days before the start of a stay: the deposit is kept by BSV but can be used as a credit for 1 year (from the cancellation date).
– From 15 to 11 working days before the start of a stay: 30% of the total cost.
– From 10 to 4 working days before the start of a stay: 50% of the total cost.
– Less than 4 working days, or if the client fails to turn up: 100% of the total cost of the stay
GROUPS (minimum 8 people):
– Over 30 working days before the start of the stay: 500 € administrative fees per booking
– 16-30 working days before the start of a stay: 30% of the total cost
– 10-15 working days before the start of a stay: 50% of the total cost
– Less than 10 working days or if the group fails to turn up: 100% of the total cost.
