Day 2 : Louvre Museum\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meet your guide at your hotel and walk to Le Louvre Museum, passing by Musee d\u2019Orsay and the banks of the Seine River.<\/p>\n

Enjoy a 2-hour guided tour of the Museum, of the Main highlights of the largest Museum of the World! There are plenty of good reasons to visit the Louvre! So many works of art to discover in this fabulous museum that used to be a royal palace! After the tour, some free time will allow you to continue the visit of the Museum on your own.<\/p>\n

Time on your own for lunch, where better than the museum\u2019s restful gardens or within the Museum?<\/p>\n

Live like Parisians and use the metro to go to the Catacombs. Twenty meters underground in a maze of galleries, visitors will discover an ossuary containing the remains of several million Parisians in former quarries.<\/p>\n

End your discoveries with a stop on Ile de la Cit\u00e9, the oldest settlement in Paris, which boasts more than its fair share of Paris sights: the Pont Neuf, the Pont de l\u2019Archev\u00each\u00e9 and Notre Dame cathedral (always closed for restauration), to name only three.<\/p>\n

Drive to Monaco passing by Eze. Photo stop.<\/p>\n

Continue your way to Monaco. You will visit the Old town of Monaco, the Prince Albert II’s Palace . You will see the Monaco Cathedral, also known as Saint Nicholas Cathedral of Monaco, where many of the Grimaldi were buried, including Grace Kelly and her husband the Prince Rainier III<\/p>\n

Stop in Monte Carlo, a chic area in Monaco, with the historical buildings of Hotel de Paris and the Monte Carlo Casino the world\u2019s most famous gambling place<\/p>\n

Drive back to Nice<\/p>\n
