This excursion is for 1 to 8 guests. From 8 am to 3 pm
Your expert guide of the Savoie Mont-Blanc area will pick you up at your hotel in the Annecy, Chambéry or Aix-les-Bains, for a day full of exploration of our Savoyard traditions.
Come and discover The National Park of Les Bauges with us, first stop the Master Confectioner Chocolate Store.
Frédéric our Master Confectioner has had the chocolate fever for over 25 years, first while working in a well-known restaurant in Annecy, then at La Passerelle and since 2013 owner of his owner chocolate store.
Frédéric finds his inspiration in the evolution of nature and the different seasons while always innovating. His creations reflect his imagination and his passion for the Massif des Bauges.
His chocolates are made in the purest of traditions, using the best quality ingredients, a true locavore Frédéric only uses organic ingredients found close to home. Like the honey, walnuts and Chartreuse Verte used in his homemade ice creams.
To pass on his passion and expertise Frédéric organises baking classes of one of France’s most Gourmande desserts Macaroons.
To help make this a unique experience, you’ll be able to make 4 of your own Macaroons, in your favorite flavors to take home.
The Macaroon baking class will be followed by a terrific lunch in a small picturesque Auberge in Les Bauges. One of our favorite finds you’ll want to stay the night or come back really soon, a truly memorable place.
Back to your hotel in the afternoon.

- 7 to 3 days before departure = 75% of the total price (min 60 €).
